MPH Group is a multi-trade home improvement business committed to providing a bespoke, professional and reliable service to every customer. With several brands under their MHP Group portfolio, they are specialists in plumbing, heating and boilers, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. When you hire MPH you are getting the full package, no need for separate electricians, plasterers and plumbers, MPH do it all.
Their projects are consistently completed to a flawless standard and customer satisfaction is their number one priority, knowing that recommendations from previous customers are the best form of marketing. From the humble beginning of a one-man company, MPH Group has now grown into one of Scotland’s leading home improvers.
The Brief
MPH Group needed a visual website where customers could find them. With most of their business traditionally coming from word of mouth, MPH wanted a place to consolidate their various brands and start creating an online presence.
Under the MPH Group banner are four separate businesses, MPH Boilers, MPH Kitchen, MPH Bathroom and MPH Home. The website needed a separate page for each of these different brands, but also needed to show how easily the various brands worked together to complete jobs of all scales. The team also wanted to push their online reviews, both visualising the excellent social proof they had gathered so far, but also encouraging more in the future.

Our Solution
Representing over 25 years of high-quality service was the focus of this website. MPH Group has built their reputation by being on time, friendly and most importantly, amazing at what they do. We wanted to ensure that the site we built totally reflected this professionalism and quality.
The other main factor was that this should be a portal for new customers to get in touch with them, so strong calls to action were a must. The whole point of this new site was to build a stronger online presence and to consolidate the incredible word-of-mouth sales, so that prospective clients have a place to come and check them out and immediately are able to book.
To complete all of this we took the incredible Google reviews and made sure this was front and centre in the homepage banner. Trades are all about reliability and showing this superb review rating immediately puts prospective clients at ease.
We then talk about the variety of different brands, linking to their individual pages and once again back up the social proof with individual reviews. Interspersed with these are strong CTAs so that no matter how quickly customers decide they want to use MPH’s services, there is a chance to do so.
We reinforced the trust by coming up with brand promises, and what the customers can expect with every job and splashed them over the home page and the about us page.
We then broke down each of the brands and gave them their own page, highlighting the specialist services performed by each. We want to drill home the message of MPH’s credibility and trustworthiness, so on each, we placed their accreditations as well as social proof and example prices where we could. Of course, each of these pages has a strong CTA, encouraging people into a no-obligation quote.
The last feature we incorporated was a way for customers to leave more feedback. As trust is everything, we created a page solely dedicated to different ways that customers can leave their feedback, ensuring that their online presence builds in a positive, socially focused way.
